How Porn Affects Your Sex Drive

September 5, 2019
BY SARRAH ROSE

Porn can be a great escape. A time to disappear from the world of stress and anxiety for a bit and relax with yourself. It’s cheap, it’s easy, and it’s abundant. Almost everyone watches porn and enjoys it.

But are there any negative implications from porn? Aside from getting caught red (white?) handed, porn done right can actually be good for your sex life. Let’s look into it.

Entertainment vs education

We live in a society that severely lacks good sexual education so unfortunately, there are lots of guys that look at porn to educate them about what a woman wants in bed.

The reality is that porn is created to entertain us, not educate us, and when guys try to pull off porn stunts in the bedroom, it falls flat. Positions like the “reverse piledriver” and those that sound like professional wrestling moves are never a good idea. In the bedroom, we want intimacy, not entertainment. Get a sex coach to teach you the real tricks for the bedroom and leave porn to provide the cheap thrills.

Sexual Frustration

This is a real problem for a lot of guys and porn helps to reduce this. Studies actually show that in areas where there is access to porn and sex workers, sexual violence decreases. We can all be thankful for porn when it comes to this.

But what happens when a guy gets all of his sexual satisfaction from jerking off to porn? That’s how his body begins to be habituated to experiencing sex and it becomes challenging to have sex without porn. I suggest the 49/51 rule.

The 49/51 Rule

Include porn in less than 50% of your sexual activities. Even if you’re masturbating 100% of the time, masturbate to porn less than 50% of that time. The rest of the time, masturbate using the tantric practices that I teach in Sex Stallion Training.

Tantric Masturbation

How does conventional masturbation differ from tantric masturbation? Typically, conventional masturbation is a quick release without much thought or effort. Guys generally have a certain way that they like to get off and they do that each time. It feels good in the moment but it’s short-lived, not incredibly satisfying and guys can feel drained and tired afterward.

Tantric masturbation is usually at least fifteen minutes. It includes edging which builds up the sexual energy so that when you finally cum, it feels like you’re becoming one with the cosmos rather than having a crotch sneeze.

It includes having multiple orgasms, full-body orgasms and orgasming without ejaculation so that you can go as long as you want. But the real jewel in tantric masturbation is moving your sexual energy.

Instead of only feeling it in your cock, you can feel it throughout your entire body and when guys do ejaculate, they often report feeling energized and lit up. It’s enough to make a guy wonder why he ever bothered with basic orgasms and to decide to definitely never go back to them.

How Do I Get There?

Sex Stallion Training is where you get all of this training and finally get better in bed. It’s a seven-week online course that you get instant access to. Sarrah Rose guides you every step of the way and answers any questions that come up for you during the process.
